Bank instructions

Pursuant to the Schedule of Arbitration Fees and Costs (Appendix to the Rules of the UMAC) the registration fee is paid in the amount of USD 400,00. A copy of the document on payment of registration fee is enclosed to the Statement of Claim when filing a claim.

The arbitration fee shall be paid after paying a registration fee based on the UMAC letter, addressed to the Claimant.

The residents shall pay the registration fee in Hryvnia (UAH) at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the day of payment, the non-residents – in a freely convertible currency.
