The Ukrainian Maritime Arbitration Commission at the Ukrainian CCI welcomes new arbitrators and congratulates them on their inclusion in the UMAC Recommendatory Lists of Arbitrators by the decision of the Presidium of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry “On Approval of the Recommendation Lists of Arbitrators of the UMAC and the MAC at the UCCI” No. 15(2) dated 14 December 2023.

The new arbitrators included in the UMAC Recommendatory List are: 

Oleksandr Balobanov (Ukraine), Tonguç Bahadir (Turkey), Viktor Berestenko (Ukraine), Ian John Whitehurst (United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland), Oleg Dubynskyy (Ukraine), Igor Zaharia (Republic of Moldova), Volodymyr Koval (Ukraine), Borys Kormych (Ukraine), Ievgen Kuznetsov (Ukraine), Igor Lander (Ukraine), Sergii Panchenko (Ukraine), Oleksandr Sagaydak (Ukraine), Iurii Sergieiev (Ukraine), and Borys Khrebtov (Ukraine).
