On 06 March  2024, a joint meeting of the Presidiums of the ICAC and the UMAC approved the Compliance Policy of the ICAC and the UMAC on cases with a sanctioned element. 

The ICAC/UMAC Compliance Policy is designed in order to inform the parties and and other participants of arbitral proceedings on the peculiarities of case administration and ensuring transparency when considering cases with a sanctioned element registered by the ICAC/UMAC: from commencement of the arbitral proceedings until the arbitral tribunal renders the award.
